Roofing Giant Affiliate Program
Effective September 17, 2026. These terms govern participation in the Roofing Giant Affiliate Program. By applying, accepting approval, using a Roofing Giant affiliate link or seeking a commission, you agree to these terms.
1. Program purpose and eligibility
The Affiliate Program is intended for approved creators, publishers, community advocates and digital marketers who promote Roofing Giant to potential customers through legitimate marketing channels. Participation is by approval only. Roofing Giant may approve, reject, suspend or terminate an application or account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Roofing Giant brand, legal compliance or program integrity.
This program is not the default compensation program for contractors, property managers, real-estate professionals, insurance professionals, claim participants, mortgage/title/escrow personnel, fiduciaries, HOA representatives or other professional or regulated referral sources. Those relationships must be reviewed through the Giant Partner Network and may be non-compensated or subject to separate written terms.
2. Standard commission schedule
- $250 for a qualifying attributed full residential roof replacement.
- $100 for a qualifying attributed smaller roofing or exterior project that Roofing Giant determines meets the program minimum and eligibility rules.
Commercial, portfolio, enterprise and professional opportunities are not automatically commissionable under the Affiliate Program and may be referred to the Giant Partner Network. Roofing Giant may offer different written campaign-specific or affiliate-specific rates. Any changed rate applies prospectively unless the written offer says otherwise.
3. When a commission is earned
A click, form submission, inspection, estimate or signed contract alone does not earn a commission. A commission is earned only after all applicable conditions are satisfied: the opportunity is valid and attributable to the approved affiliate; Roofing Giant accepts and completes a qualifying project; the required final customer payment has been received and cleared; the project is not cancelled, refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed; and the referral passes duplicate, fraud and eligibility review.
4. Attribution and 90-day tracking
Approved affiliates receive a unique code and Roofing Giant tracking link. Roofing Giant may use first-party cookies and server-side records to preserve attribution for up to 90 days from a valid tracked visit. A tracking cookie does not override an earlier active customer, existing lead, duplicate opportunity, prior documented referral or other conflicting CRM record.
Roofing Giant’s website, CRM timestamps, tracking records and other reasonably reliable business records control attribution. The first valid documented source generally receives credit. Roofing Giant may correct attribution where records show fraud, technical error, duplicate claims, an existing opportunity or an ineligible relationship. Retroactive commission claims are not guaranteed.
5. Affiliate links and dashboard
Affiliate links and codes are assigned to the approved affiliate and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed or shared as another person’s affiliate identity without written approval. The affiliate is responsible for safeguarding secure dashboard links and promptly notifying Roofing Giant of suspected unauthorized access.
6. Truthful advertising and endorsements
Affiliates must make truthful, non-misleading statements and may not make claims Roofing Giant itself could not lawfully or factually support. If an affiliate publicly endorses or recommends Roofing Giant while receiving or expecting compensation, the affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection in a manner appropriate to the medium and close enough to the endorsement or link for consumers to notice it.
Examples such as “I may earn a commission if you hire Roofing Giant through my link” may help communicate the relationship when accurate. A vague label that does not communicate compensation may be insufficient. Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising requirements and platform-specific disclosure rules.
7. Roofing, insurance and deductible restrictions
Affiliates are marketing sources, not Roofing Giant insurance adjusters, claim representatives or authorized sales agents. Unless separately authorized in writing, an affiliate may not negotiate or offer to negotiate an insurance claim on Roofing Giant’s behalf, represent a policyholder on coverage or settlement issues, promise that insurance will pay for work, guarantee claim results, tell a homeowner that Roofing Giant will waive or absorb a deductible, or offer any affiliate commission as a customer deductible credit, rebate or offset.
Affiliate compensation is paid to the affiliate for an eligible marketing referral and remains separate from the customer’s contract, insurance claim, deductible and payment obligations.
8. Brand and intellectual-property rules
Approval grants only a limited, revocable right to use Roofing Giant-provided affiliate creative and approved brand references for authorized promotion. Affiliates may not register domains, social accounts, business names or advertising identities that impersonate Roofing Giant or create a likelihood that the affiliate is Roofing Giant itself. Affiliates may not modify Roofing Giant logos in a misleading manner or claim employment, agency, franchise, ownership or authorization that has not been granted in writing.
9. Paid advertising and trademark bidding
Affiliates may not bid on “Roofing Giant,” confusingly similar variants, Roofing Giant-owned marks, or branded search terms in paid search, paid social or other auction-based advertising without prior written approval. Affiliates may not direct paid ads to a domain or page that falsely appears to be Roofing Giant. Roofing Giant may establish campaign-specific paid-media rules in writing.
10. Email, SMS, calling and lead-generation conduct
Affiliates may not use unlawful spam, purchased contact lists, scraped homeowner data, robocalls, automated texts, deceptive forms or other communications lacking any consent or permission required by applicable law. Affiliates should generally send potential customers to the approved Roofing Giant link rather than collecting unnecessary homeowner personal information themselves.
11. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes fake or fabricated leads; self-dealing intended to manufacture commissions; cookie stuffing; forced redirects; hidden frames; malware or adware; misleading coupons or discounts; false scarcity; unauthorized pricing or warranty promises; impersonation; manipulation of tracking; offering cash or value to the referred customer in a way that changes the customer’s Roofing Giant payment obligations; harassment; infringement; and any conduct that is unlawful, deceptive or materially harmful to Roofing Giant or its customers.
12. Existing customers, duplicates and self-referrals
Existing Roofing Giant customers, existing active opportunities for the same property, duplicate submissions, previously attributed opportunities and retroactive claims are generally not eligible. Self-referrals, circular referrals or arrangements created primarily to generate a commission rather than a bona fide new customer opportunity may be denied.
13. Commission review and payment
Once a qualifying attributed project is completed and required final payment is received, Roofing Giant records the commission as earned pending administrative review. Roofing Giant may require identity verification, a completed Form W-9 or other tax documentation, and an approved payment method before issuing payment. Commissions may be paid by check, electronic payment or another approved method. Roofing Giant may delay payment while reasonably investigating a dispute, reversal, fraud concern, tax-documentation issue or conflicting attribution claim.
14. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for their own federal, state and local tax obligations. Roofing Giant may collect taxpayer information, apply backup withholding when required and issue Forms 1099 or other information returns when required by law.
15. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals and fraud
No commission is owed for a cancelled, unpaid, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible project. If a commission was paid based on materially incorrect or fraudulent information, Roofing Giant may reverse or offset the amount against future commissions where permitted by law.
16. Monitoring and compliance
Roofing Giant may review publicly available affiliate promotions and request correction or removal of advertising that violates these terms, misstates Roofing Giant’s services, omits a required disclosure, creates insurance/deductible concerns or otherwise presents a compliance or brand risk. Failure to correct material issues may result in suspension or termination and may affect eligibility for disputed commissions.
17. No employment, agency or authority
Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise or authority to bind Roofing Giant. Affiliates cannot sign Roofing Giant contracts, quote binding prices, collect Roofing Giant customer payments, authorize work, promise warranties or make commitments on Roofing Giant’s behalf unless Roofing Giant separately authorizes that conduct in writing.
18. Privacy and customer information
Affiliates must respect consumer privacy and may submit or transmit personal information to Roofing Giant only when they have a lawful basis and any required consent. Roofing Giant handles information received through its website under its applicable privacy practices. Affiliates are independently responsible for personal information they collect outside Roofing Giant’s systems.
19. Suspension and termination
Roofing Giant may suspend an affiliate while investigating suspected fraud, legal or regulatory concerns, brand misuse, consumer complaints, security issues or other material violations. Roofing Giant may terminate participation prospectively. Valid commissions already earned before termination will be reviewed under the terms applicable to those referrals, except where fraud, illegality, reversal or another disqualifying condition applies.
20. Program changes
Roofing Giant may modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in updated program terms or written campaign notices. A qualifying referral already validly attributed before a prospective compensation change will generally be evaluated under the commission offer applicable when that referral was created, unless a change is required by law or necessary to correct fraud or error.

Texas affiliates and marketers discussing insurance-related roofing should also review the Texas Department of Insurance roofing and insurance guidance.

These Affiliate Program Terms are separate from Roofing Giant’s consumer Referral Rewards terms and Giant Partner Network terms. If a specific approved written campaign or affiliate addendum conflicts with these general terms, the specific written terms control for that campaign or relationship to the extent stated.
