Giant Partner Network
Build a documented referral relationship with Roofing Giant for residential, commercial and portfolio roofing opportunities. Approved partners can receive defined referral rewards, track attribution, and use a clear written framework designed for professional relationships.
Who the network is for
Trades & Home Services
General contractors, restoration companies, painters, gutter companies, HVAC, plumbing, solar, fencing, inspectors and other businesses that regularly encounter roofing needs.
Property & Commercial
Commercial property owners, investors, developers, facilities teams, property managers, portfolio operators and qualified association or community representatives.
Professional Introducers
Business consultants, professional networks and certain licensed or regulated professionals, subject to profession-specific, employer, broker, fiduciary and legal restrictions.
Standard approved-partner reward schedule
The following is Roofing Giant’s standard schedule for approved partners unless a written addendum provides different terms for a specific relationship or opportunity.
Residential Roofing
$250 for a qualifying completed full residential roof replacement. Qualifying smaller roofing or exterior projects may earn $100.
Commercial — Up to $49,999
$250 for qualifying projects with final contract value of $5,000–$24,999.
$500 for $25,000–$49,999.
Commercial — $50,000+
$750 for $50,000–$99,999.
$1,500 for $100,000–$249,999.
$2,500 for $250,000+ unless a written addendum states otherwise.
Rewards are fixed referral/marketing compensation and are not calculated as a percentage of insurance proceeds, claim recovery, deductible, supplement, settlement or customer savings.
How the partner process works
-
1. Apply
Tell us about your company, profession, service area, expected referral volume and any licensing, broker, employer or compliance requirements.
-
2. Roofing Giant reviews the relationship
We determine whether the relationship can use the standard program or requires additional documentation, organizational approval, restricted compensation or a project-specific addendum.
-
3. Receive written approval
Submitting an application does not automatically create a compensated partnership. Approved partners receive written confirmation before compensated referrals are accepted under the Partner Network.
-
4. Submit and document referrals
Qualifying referrals are recorded in Roofing Giant’s CRM with the referring partner, property or project, submission date and attribution status.
-
5. Roofing Giant completes and collects the project
Unless written terms say otherwise, the reward becomes eligible after qualifying work is completed, final required payment has cleared and any required retainage and compliance review are complete.
-
6. Reward is approved and paid
Roofing Giant verifies the applicable schedule, payee and tax documentation before issuing payment.
Commercial, portfolio and enterprise referrals
Large commercial opportunities do not always fit a one-size-fits-all reward. Multi-building portfolios, developers, enterprise accounts, national accounts, public-sector opportunities and unusually large projects may use a written project-specific referral addendum. That addendum can define the eligible account, protected referral, territory, compensation, payee, duration and any special restrictions before the opportunity advances.
Professional and regulated relationships
Real-estate professionals
Referrals connected to an active purchase, sale, lease, mortgage or closing receive additional review. Broker, employer or entity approval may be required, and compensation may need to be paid through the appropriate authorized entity.
Property managers & fiduciaries
Property, facilities, HOA and association representatives must obtain any required owner, board, employer, management-company or governing-document approval. Roofing Giant may require payment to the organization rather than the individual.
Insurance & settlement roles
Adjusters, public adjusters, claim decision-makers, mortgage/title/escrow/settlement personnel and other potentially conflicted roles are not automatically eligible for paid referrals. These relationships require separate review and may be non-compensated.
Roofing Giant will not approve compensation that conflicts with applicable law, licensing rules, professional duties, fiduciary obligations, employer policy or customer contractual obligations.
What an approved partner can expect
- Documented referral attribution and a defined protection period.
- A written compensation schedule instead of verbal promises.
- Project-specific addenda for large or unusual commercial opportunities when appropriate.
- Clear separation between referral compensation and the customer’s contract, insurance deductible and claim proceeds.
- A defined payee and tax-documentation process.
- Future access to partner referral links, status tracking and reporting as Roofing Giant expands the referral platform.
What partners cannot do
Partners are referral sources, not Roofing Giant agents. Unless separately authorized in writing, partners may not quote Roofing Giant pricing, sign contracts, authorize work, collect Roofing Giant customer funds, promise warranties, negotiate insurance claims, guarantee claim outcomes, waive deductibles or represent themselves as Roofing Giant employees.
By applying, you are requesting review for the Giant Partner Network. Application does not guarantee approval or compensation. See the Giant Partner Network Terms. Looking to make an ordinary personal referral instead? Visit Roofing Giant Refer & Earn.
