Agreement to Terms of Use
These terms and conditions of use (the "terms of use") apply to the Roofing Giant website located at roofinggiant.com/, and all associated sites linked to it by Roofing Giant™ or Construction Giant, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the "site"). The site is the property of Construction Giant, Inc., DBA Roofing Giant™ ("Roofing Giant") and its licensors. By using the site, you agree to these terms of use; otherwise, do not use the site.
Roofing Giant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms of use at any time. It’s your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes – your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them. As long as you comply with these terms, Roofing Giant grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “content”) on the site – including its design, structure, selection, coordination, and “look and feel” – is owned, controlled, or licensed by Roofing Giant and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws. Roofing Giant™ is a trademark of Construction Giant, Inc. Please do not use our trademark without written permission.
Except as expressly provided in these terms, no part of the site or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website, or medium for publication, distribution, or commercial use, without prior written agreement from Roofing Giant.
Your Use of the Site
- You may not use any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider, or other automated process to access, acquire, copy, or monitor the site or its content, or to circumvent its navigational structure.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems through hacking, password mining, or other illegitimate means.
- You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or attempt to trace information on any other user or visitor.
- You may not impose an unreasonable load on the site’s infrastructure, or interfere with its proper operation.
- You may not forge headers or otherwise disguise the origin of a message sent through the site, or impersonate any individual or entity.
- You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit an activity that infringes the rights of Roofing Giant or others.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Roofing Giant, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless from any claims, loss, liability, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from a third party due to your use of the site.
Violation of These Terms
Roofing Giant may disclose information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding your use of the site, to identify or contact someone causing injury to Roofing Giant’s rights or property, or when applicable law requires or permits disclosure.
If any provision of these terms is held void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will stay in full force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Roofing Giant regarding use of the site, superseding any prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
