When an attributed job is completed, required final payment is received and eligibility is verified, the commission enters the Roofing Giant payout ledger for approval and payment.

Important promotion rules
Affiliates must use truthful advertising, clearly disclose compensated endorsements when required, and follow the Affiliate Program Terms. Affiliates may not impersonate Roofing Giant, promise claim outcomes, negotiate insurance claims on Roofing Giant’s behalf, offer deductible waivers or rebates, quote unauthorized pricing, create fake leads, use purchased/spam contact lists, or bid on Roofing Giant trademarks in paid search without written approval.
Affiliate compensation is paid to the affiliate. It is separate from the referred customer’s roofing contract, insurance claim and deductible and may never be represented as a customer credit, rebate or deductible offset.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Applying and participating as an approved affiliate does not require an enrollment fee.
When is a commission earned?
A click, lead or signed contract alone does not earn a commission. The underlying project must qualify, be completed and have the required final customer payment received. Roofing Giant then verifies attribution and eligibility.
What if Roofing Giant already knows the homeowner?
Existing customers, active opportunities, duplicate leads and retroactive claims are generally not commissionable. Roofing Giant’s CRM timestamps and attribution records control.
Can I run paid ads?
Paid advertising using Roofing Giant trademarks, branded search terms, domains, social handles or ad creative requires prior written approval. Affiliates remain responsible for the legality and truthfulness of their own marketing.
Can a Realtor, contractor, property manager or insurance professional join here?
Those relationships can involve separate licensing, employer, broker, fiduciary or conflict rules and should apply through the Giant Partner Network instead.
