How territories work
Territories are structured by city. The territory owner earns 20 percent of all sales made personally as a consultant, 10 percent of sales made by any consultant on their team, and 5 percent of sales made by consultants from other teams working in their territory. Owners are encouraged to sell anywhere; when a sale lands in another franchisee’s territory, 5 percent goes to that territory owner. A value-added, win-win approach as we build the largest roofing company in the world together.

When we launch your location we create your online presence: a page on our website and your business on Google Maps. Onboarding takes just a few hours thanks to simplified operations, and our development program supports your continued growth. Appointments included with your franchise start booking in your calendar in week one, and as we build your local search presence you can expect the first organic leads within three months. We also help set up mailers, Google Ads and social media campaigns.
