Roofing Giant Rewards
Effective September 17, 2026. These terms govern the Roofing Giant Referral Rewards Program. By submitting or participating in a referral, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can participate
Roofing Giant customers, former customers, friends of the company, neighbors, and other approved individuals may participate unless prohibited by law, contract, employer policy, professional rules, or another applicable restriction. Roofing Giant employees, independent sales representatives, and professional partners may be subject to separate compensation rules and are not automatically eligible for consumer referral rewards.
2. Standard referral rewards
$250 qualifying roof reward
A qualifying completed residential roof replacement can earn the referring participant a $250 reward after Roofing Giant has completed the project and received the required final customer payment.
$100 qualifying smaller-project reward
A qualifying roofing repair or exterior project meeting the program minimum may earn a $100 reward after completion and final payment.
Commercial referrals
Commercial, portfolio, and professional-partner referrals are reviewed separately and may be governed by a written partner agreement or project-specific reward.
Current consumer program minimums: qualifying smaller roofing projects generally require a contract value of at least $2,500. Eligibility is determined from Roofing Giant’s final project records.
3. Milestone bonuses
For qualifying completed full-roof referrals credited to the same participant within a rolling 12-month period, Roofing Giant may pay the following additional milestone bonuses:
- 3 completed referrals: $250 milestone bonus.
- 5 completed referrals: an additional $500 milestone bonus.
- 10 completed referrals: an additional $1,000 milestone bonus and eligibility for consideration for the Giant Ambassador program.
Base referral rewards continue to apply to each qualifying referral unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Giant Block Bonus
A participant who generates three qualifying completed full-roof referrals within the same neighborhood cluster may earn an additional $250 Giant Block Bonus. Roofing Giant determines cluster eligibility using project proximity, project records, and referral attribution. A Block Bonus is paid to the referring participant and is never applied to a referred customer’s roofing invoice or insurance deductible.
5. When a referral qualifies
A referral generally qualifies only when all of the following are true:
- The referred person is a new Roofing Giant opportunity and was not already an active lead or customer for the same property when the referral was received.
- The referral is documented before the referred project is completed.
- Roofing Giant accepts and completes a qualifying project for the referred customer.
- The referred customer’s required final payment has been received and cleared.
- The referral passes duplicate, fraud, cancellation, chargeback, and eligibility review.
6. Payout timing and method
Rewards become eligible only after the qualifying project is completed and required final payment is received. Roofing Giant may use check, electronic payment, digital reward, or another approved method. Processing time may vary depending on verification, tax documentation, disputes, payment reversals, or other administrative review.
7. Referral attribution
The first valid, documented referral generally receives attribution. If more than one person claims the same customer or property, Roofing Giant may review CRM timestamps, form submissions, referral communications, and other records to determine attribution. Referral attribution may be denied or corrected when records show an existing lead, duplicate submission, retroactive claim, fraud, or error.
8. Consent and communications
Do not submit another person’s contact information unless that person has agreed to be contacted by Roofing Giant. A referred homeowner may also contact Roofing Giant directly and identify the person who referred them. Roofing Giant may contact participants and referred customers about the referral, inspection, project, reward status, and related program administration subject to applicable law and Roofing Giant’s privacy policy.
9. Insurance deductibles and claim proceeds
Referral compensation is completely separate from the referred customer’s contract, insurance claim, deductible, and other payment obligations. A referral reward is not a credit, waiver, reimbursement, offset, or rebate of an insurance deductible and cannot be used to reduce a customer’s contractual payment obligation to Roofing Giant.
10. Reviews and endorsements
Referral rewards are not payment for reviews and are not conditioned on leaving a review, giving a positive rating, or changing review content. If a participant publicly promotes or endorses Roofing Giant while receiving or expecting compensation or another benefit, the participant is responsible for clearly disclosing that relationship as required by applicable advertising and endorsement rules.
11. Prohibited conduct
Participants may not create fake leads, submit a referral without consent, impersonate Roofing Giant, make unauthorized promises, quote Roofing Giant work without authorization, guarantee insurance coverage or claim outcomes, negotiate an insurance claim on Roofing Giant’s behalf, misrepresent program terms, manipulate attribution, create circular or self-dealing referrals for improper benefit, or otherwise abuse the program.
12. Cancellations, nonpayment, and reversals
No reward is owed for a cancelled, unpaid, refunded, charged-back, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible project. If a reward is issued based on information later shown to be materially incorrect or fraudulent, Roofing Giant may reverse or offset the reward where permitted by law.
13. Taxes
Participants are responsible for their own tax obligations. Roofing Giant may request tax information and may issue tax reporting documents when required by law. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent payment.
14. Professional and commercial referrals
The consumer Referral Rewards program does not by itself authorize compensation for a professional, commercial, fiduciary, licensed, regulated, employer-sponsored, brokerage, property-management, insurance-industry, settlement-service, or high-volume referral relationship. Those relationships are reviewed through the separate Giant Partner Network.
A professional or commercial applicant becomes eligible for Partner Network compensation only after Roofing Giant provides the required written approval or addendum. Profession-specific, employer, broker, owner, association, licensing, fiduciary, transaction, or legal restrictions may change the eligible payee, require additional approval, restrict compensation, or make a relationship non-compensated. 15. Program changes
Roofing Giant may modify, suspend, or end the program prospectively. A referral already documented and later determined eligible will be evaluated under the program terms or written offer applicable when that referral was received, unless a change is required by law or necessary to correct fraud or error.
16. No employment or agency
Participation in the referral program does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or authority to bind Roofing Giant.

Commercial and professional partner relationships are governed separately by the Giant Partner Network Terms and any applicable written approval or addendum. Roofing Giant may also require additional written terms for ambassadors, employees, contractors, promotions, contests, or special campaigns. Nothing in these program terms changes a customer’s roofing contract or payment obligations.
