Roofing Giant · Insurance Agent Client Protection Program
Give your clients a trusted roofing resource before they need one.
The Roofing Giant Insurance Agent Client Protection Program gives property-and-casualty agents a practical roofing resource they can share with homeowners across Dallas–Fort Worth. Your client gets a professional roof condition review, clear photo documentation and a direct path to repair or replacement when needed. You stay the trusted insurance professional; Roofing Giant stays in the roofing lane.
Value for your clients — and for your agency
Roof Health Check
Give clients access to a professional roof condition inspection with photos and straightforward findings. The goal is to identify maintenance, repair or replacement needs before a small problem becomes a larger property issue.
Storm Response Resource
When North Texas weather hits, your clients already know who to call for roofing inspection, emergency mitigation when appropriate, repair and replacement services instead of searching for an unfamiliar contractor under pressure.
Professional Documentation
Roofing Giant documents observable roof conditions, photographs relevant damage and can prepare roofing estimates and technical information. Coverage questions remain between the policyholder, agent, insurer and licensed adjuster.
A client resource you can use immediately
Free 30-Point Roof Inspection
Share Roofing Giant’s free 30-point roof inspection. The homeowner receives a written photo report and a clear roofing recommendation with no obligation.
Hail Damage Self-Check
For clients who are unsure whether a recent storm affected their property, share the hail damage self-check before they schedule an inspection.
Direct Scheduling
Clients ready for a professional inspection can schedule a free roof inspection online without waiting for a call back.
These resources are available whether or not the homeowner ultimately needs roofing work. They are intended to help clients understand observable roof condition and next roofing steps; insurance coverage decisions remain with the policyholder and insurer.

How the program works
1. Join
Submit the short agent-partner application below. We record your agency and contact information so referrals stay attributable to you.
2. Get your client resource
Approved participants receive a shareable Roofing Giant link and program materials they can use when a client asks for a roofer, roof inspection or storm-response resource.
3. Introduce a client
Send the client the link or make a permission-based introduction. Roofing Giant will not accept personal contact information submitted without the prospective customer’s permission to be contacted.
4. We inspect and document
Roofing Giant evaluates the roof, documents observable conditions and explains appropriate roofing options. When useful, we can provide our estimate and technical information to the insurer or its adjuster.
5. We close the loop
With the client’s permission, the referring agent can receive a simple service-status update so the agency knows the homeowner was taken care of.
Designed for insurance-agent relationships, not claim steering
Roofing Giant’s role
Inspect roofs, document conditions, perform repairs and replacements, prepare estimates, discuss roofing scope and provide technical information.
Your role
Advise your client on insurance questions within your licensed role and your carrier or agency requirements. Roofing Giant does not determine coverage, negotiate policy benefits or act as a public adjuster on work we may perform.
Texas law restricts roofing contractors from acting as public insurance adjusters on property for which they provide or may provide roofing services. Roofing Giant keeps those functions separate and does not promise claim outcomes or deductible waivers.
Why this creates a better referral relationship
A useful referral program should create value before anyone needs a roof replacement. The Agent Client Protection Program gives you something concrete to offer homeowners now: a reliable roofing contact, condition documentation and a plan for what to do after damaging weather. When a roofing need eventually appears, the relationship is already established.
Compensation and compliance
This insurance-agent program is non-compensated by default. Some insurance organizations, carriers, agencies and licensed roles restrict or prohibit outside referral compensation. Any exception must be separately reviewed and approved in writing under Roofing Giant’s Giant Partner Network Terms and the participant’s own employer, carrier, licensing and compliance requirements. The program does not condition any benefit on claim proceeds, claim outcomes, deductibles or insurance recovery.
Evidence-backed roofing resources for insurance professionals
Use Roofing Giant’s public technical and local sources when a client needs roofing information. These resources separate contractor documentation from policy coverage decisions.
