A free 30-point inspection documents observed roof conditions with photos and gives you technical information to keep or share with the insurer.
Have your policy information handy
Your insurer may ask for the policy number, property address, storm date and other claim information. Follow the insurer’s instructions for reporting the loss.
Coordinate the roof inspection
You can ask the insurer to coordinate its adjuster inspection with Roofing Giant so our roofing specialist can point out documented damage and answer technical questions about our repair estimate.
Common insurers we encounter on roofing projects
If your insurer is not listed, Roofing Giant can still inspect the roof, prepare the roofing estimate and provide technical scope documentation. Use your insurer’s official reporting instructions for the claim itself.
