Roofing Giant — One-Time Website Chat Follow-Up Texts

What you can request
If you ask for a live Roofing Giant representative while chatting on roofinggiant.com and no team member answers in the chat, you may optionally ask Roofing Giant to send one automated text message about that specific chat. Choosing text follow-up is not required to ask questions, schedule an inspection, or receive services. Checking the separate, unchecked consent box and submitting your mobile number is how you opt in. Simply giving a phone number elsewhere on the website does not opt you in.
Frequency and timing
At most one automated follow-up text is sent per consented live-chat request, generally during weekday business hours (11:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Central Time). A text will not be sent if an agent responded in the website chat, if an inspection has already been booked, or if you withdraw consent. When you reply to the follow-up text, our team may respond in that SMS conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Help, stopping messages, and contact
Reply HELP for help, or call Roofing Giant at (469) 498-6772. Reply STOP to opt out of further automated SMS follow-up messages. Other clear requests not to receive messages are also respected. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
To honor your request and document consent, we keep your phone number, the relevant chat reference, when and how you agreed, the version of the disclosure shown, and suppression/response status. We use SMS providers and our customer relationship management system only to deliver and track the requested chat follow-up and replies. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
