This is a preliminary instant estimate based on automated aerial roof measurement and typical Dallas–Fort Worth conditions. Automated measurements can occasionally differ from field measurements. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after a free on-site inspection and can be affected by roof geometry, detached structures, material choice, decking, ventilation, code requirements, existing damage and flashing.
