Job Description

Roofing Giant is an established roofing company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market, seeking an experienced Residential Roofing Sales Manager to join our team. We offer a generous salary, commission, benefits and a great work environment.

The right candidate must be experienced in the residential roofing industry and be able to:

• Properly conduct a roof assessment
• Conduct sales presentations to property owners
• Educate customers on products, services, features and benefits
• Negotiate and follow-up on proposed business
• Must be able to properly estimate a job and order materials
• Must be able to project manage a job from start to completion
• Manage a sales team of up to 5 members
• Communicate with Foreman to ensure all work is completed as proposed, ensuring our customers 100% satisfaction and satisfying company requirements

Job Requirements

The right candidates must:

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role in the roofing industry
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Be a self-starter and problem solver
• Have strong negotiation and verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-motivated, self-driven and flexible
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and planning skills
• Have a high sense of urgency and be positive and enthusiastic
• Have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
