My name is Susan Watts. I work in Dallas but live in Fort Worth. I’ve been procrastinating on getting my roof replaced. I knew it was leaking and I was just dreading dealing with a roofer and insurance. My boss told me about Roofing Giant and they came and they did a free inspection and found some weather damage. They met with the insurance company and helped me file the claim with the insurance. The insurance company came to do the inspection. They really did all the work working with the insurance company. They were super nice. They were very patient with me and my stress. I really appreciate al that they did. We had a big dog and they were super nice. They did really well with the dog. I was afraid that the dog would be intimidated. I have a big dog and the little dog, but they just handled it and petted on him and spoiled him even more. They are just super nice guys, all of them. I would definitely recommend Roofing Giant, they came to Fort Worth, I know they are based out of Dallas but they even offered some inspections and did some free inspections in my neighborhood and were very honest with the people and if they did not find weather damage they told them. I had some roofing problems and needed a roofing company to come in and do a demo and then do an install. The first place I looked was the Better Business Bureau and Roofing Giant came out along with other companies. I had them come out and did some interviews. I liked their representative, Dan, who came out. I liked his personality and the quote he gave me. The price was much better compared to what I was getting with all the other companies. I work for Home Depot and the way I heard of Roofing Giant was through Home Depot. We called Dan, he came in and looked at the roof. At first it was supposed to be just fences and he said let me take a look at your roof because we had one of our shingles fall off and we didn’t know exactly where it came from. So, he got up and he found damages. When insurance adjuster came up the first tine he said there was nothing wrong with the roof. That was before we contacted Dan and his company. Right after we had a second opinion we called the insurance, which is Farmers Insurance, and asked them to come out again. They came in and Dan was with us to represent us to the insurance company. This time they said there was enough damage to replace the whole roof. So, we got the whole roof done. If it wasn’t for Roofing Giant I don’t think it would have made it. They were very professional, courteous and patient not just throwing numbers. We got a report from the insurance company with exactly what they were going to do. We learned about the structure of the house, how the ceiling works, how these roofs work from every single angle and stuff like that. We didn’t know it until Dan made sure we got every single thing done. Right after that we just wanted to make sure that we got the right estimate. Just to get one more opinion we had someone else come and look at the roof and sure every single thing was perfect and installed professionally as Dan said. They are proud of their business and at the same time make sure they do the right thing. I would definitely recommend Roofing Giant to anybody around me that I know to do their roofing.
