3. Video Testimonial recorded. HD
When recording a video testimonial let the homeowner answer the following questions:

• What is your name?
• Where do you live?
• What was the reason for you to look for a roofing company?
• How did you find Roofing Giant?
• How was the process of working with Roofing Giant and the insurance company?
• What did Roofing Giant do for you? Roof, gutters, windows screens?What was one thing that you really liked about Roofing Giant?
• Would you recommend Roofing Giant to your friends and family?

4. Final payment collected if available
5. Pictures taken of the house and homeowner with one of the items of Thank You Package.

Ask for the review and email the link for the review or have them do it right away. They can just find Roofing Giant on Google and go to our Google Places page and submit a review.

All the collected documentation should be submitted to the office within 36 hours.

Receive up to $100 Extra
When the video testimonial and pictures are collected and the customer is satisfied (grade 6 or higher) – receive $50.
When you obtain a video testimonial, grade 6 or higher and have the homeowner write a positive review on Google Places – receive extra $50, total $100 extra on the project.

Have a tube of clear silicon always with you just in case there are some exposed nails on the roof where clear silicon has to be applied. You should notify about this problem your Manager. You may not want a roofer to come back for just doing a two min touch ups. This will actually save you time.
