What is your financial goal as a salesman at RG?
Before starting or maybe continuing your journey in the roofing industry I would like to encourage you to have a clear financial goal in mind. How much money would you like to earn? According to business reports, roofing salesmen make on average of $65-75K first year in the business. Experienced reps within the industry average $100-150K per year. I know it may come as somewhat of a surprise, but there are some salesmen who are OK with making just 30-40K per year. For many people that’s good money, and some salesmen just stop there because they have hit what they deem as success. There is nothing wrong with making $40K per year, but we can learn to redefine success for ourselves once in a while.
Become a Sales Manager
- First of all, in the process of becoming a sales manager at Roofing Giant you will extremely well develop your social skills which you can use in any area of life.
