Referral Success System

Step-by-Step
This is the referral and time management program that is designed to increase productivity, sales and efficiency.

1. Sell 1 or more homeowners in a community. Put up as many signs in the area as possible but always ask the homeowner for the permission to put up the sign. Place yard signs at a 90-degree angle to sidewalk or at a 45-degree angle at corner houses.
2. Ask for referrals and referral letters from those first few sold homeowners (show other referral letters as examples).
3. When you are new to the neighborhood and are first introducing yourself to homeowners, write down the address of every homeowner you don’t sell who doesn’t already have a new roof or who wasn’t home. Later prepare the Introduction Letters and mail them. Also, drive in a neighborhood you want to focus on and write down 50-100 addresses for a mailing that you can clearly see that their roof was not replaced yet after the hailstorm.
4. Personalize your Introduction Letter. Hand sign each letter and hand address each envelope.
5. Envelopes are addressed to homeowner’s name and address if they are listed in a directory, or “To my neighbor at” and address if their name is not listed.
6. Introduce yourself to all homeowners who were mailed your Introductory Letter. If you have not previously spoken to them, hand them a Company Folder. If you have already done that, hand them a referral letter.
7. Keep a permanent record of all the addresses until ALL homeowners have been reached FACE TO FACE. Update the list on a daily basis. (You should never leave a folder or a flyer and referral letter at a house without speaking to the homeowners).
8. Again, asking for referrals is the most important step. Make sure to ask every homeowner who signs up!!

THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS:

FIND AT LEAST ONE HOMEOWNER WHO IS NOT ONLY WILLING TO WRITE A LETTER, BUT WILLING TO ACTUALLY ACCEPT CALLS FROM OTHER HOMEOWNERS.
