Sales Ninja - Salesman Level 2 - 40% of profit margin after all expenses including office deduction 10% of the agreement price.
Complete 3 projects to go to the next level. Project is complete when the final payment is collected. 
Sales Giant - Salesman Level 3 - 45% of profit margin after all expenses including office deduction 5-7-10% of the agreement price.
5% Office Deduction for all projects over $20,000.00
7%  Office Deduction for all projects over $10,000.00
10% Office Deduction for all projects under $10,000.00
Next Level
Manager - 50% of profit margin after all expenses including office deduction 5% of the agreement price. 
Gradual Office Fee is applicable only for Sales Giant Level or higher.
